Reporting to the Project Director, Business Analytics the four successful candidates will be responsible for a number of duties including but not limited to, the collection, cleaning, input, and validation of systematized and/or non-systematized Crombie data; supporting all or a sub-set of project tracks. Working in a team the Data Administrators will gather, prepare and draft training materials in advance of system training rollout; creating content and capturing screenshots to build user friendly training content. Data Administrators will prepare testing materials for formal user acceptance testing (UAT) including test script drafting and may execute a limited number of test scripts. Cleaning data in preparation for data conversion, identifying and resolving issues then retesting to ensure preparedness for UAT are also important functions of this role.
As a Data Administrator, you will also work to provide coordination and administrative support to project activities; including meeting scheduling and logistics, testing and training, coordinating travel, meeting space, and other meeting related tasks as required.
The profile we are looking for
Our Ideal candidate would have a minimum one year of related administrative experience in a professional environment. A post-secondary degree or diploma in Business Administration is preferred. However all candidates demonstrating strong excel skills, attention to detail and ability to work independently and as a team will be considered. Previous experience working with large volumes of data considered an asset. Professionalism and superior communication skills both verbally and written are a must.
