The Outstanding Building of the Year (TOBY) Award is the most prestigious and comprehensive program of its kind in the commercial real estate industry. This award recognizes quality in commercial real estate buildings and rewards excellence in building management. During the selection process, all facets of a building’s operations are thoroughly evaluated. Judging is based on building standards, community impact, tenant relations, energy conservation, environmental and sustainability management, emergency preparedness, and building personnel training.
This remarkable achievement is added to a lengthy list of awards, including, most recently, BOMA BEST Gold certification! These awards highlight the hard work and operational discipline the Avalon Mall team has dedicated to sustainability initiatives, community engagement, and building management.
