Le Duke

Le Duke is nestled between the blossoming Griffintown neighbourhood and the charming Old Port of Montreal with the recently completed Bonaventure Expressway sitting just outside. In partnership with Prince Developments, the historic building, which was once a financial institution, has been transformed into a stunning 25-storey residential tower containing 387 rental units with 26,000 square feet of commercial space anchored by an IGA. Special care has been taken to preserve the existing heritage building while keeping an eye towards the future.
