Scotia Square was the national recipient of The Outstanding Building of the Year (TOBY) Award for the category of Office (Over 1 Million Sq. Ft.) at the BOMEX 2019 conference in St. John’s. This award recognizes quality in commercial real estate buildings and excellent in building management. Judging is based on building standards, community impact, tenant relations, energy conservation, environmental performance, regulatory compliance, sustainability, emergency preparedness, security standards, and the training of building personnel.
